Bistronomic restaurant in the Latin Quarter

Each day, the friendly restaurant and kitchen team takes you on a delicious getaway using the best seasonal produce. Here you can sample simple cuisine focused on enjoyment. Greed is good here - and you’ll never get tired of it.

The Chef Julien Chanson

Trained with the chef Karl Vandevelde, a former student of Alain Dutournier, Julien Chanson joined BBM in 2017. Working in sync with the chef Alain Dutournier, their ambition is to offer modern bistronomy with a special focus on flavour and authentic produce.

Skilled in design and graphics, Julien adds a sophisticated touch to his plates, ensuring that dishes are a feast for the eyes as well as the taste buds.

The contemporarybistro spirit

Protected by a glass facade which can open fully in fine weather, BBM has cheerful and colourful decor, with silver grey beams, natural materials, tables and charming black chairs and walls with contemporary art by Tapiès, Lapicque, Soulié or Humair...
The open kitchen allows customers to view the careful work of the team, providing a lively and dynamic backdrop to the meal.

Upstairs, a second room has a more intimate atmosphere, offering a getaway from the hustle and bustle of the quarter.
When the weather is good, the mythical tables of the Paris bistro are laid out on the small terrace, allowing you to enjoy lunch in the sun.
